SMS access during TCR registration delay

We have been waiting for completion of our TCR application that was submitted on 2/6/23. If our TCR application isn't processed before 3/31/23, will all users lose SMS capabilities?

Hey. @Kevin Davidson RingCentral will continue to advocate on behalf of customers who are in the TCR registration process to work to prevent any service disruption.

Hi Becky, for clarification, will all SMS services for our account be disrupted come 3/31/23 if our application is not processed/approved? Your customer service advised they expediated, but no advice on timeline. Thank you

I'm sorry to say, I don't have a timeline either, but we are working with our partners to get a grace period.
We'll keep you posted.
