Simple IVR Setup

I have three users with existing extensions: 101, 102, and 103. I want to set up a greeting where the caller will press 1, 2, or 3 and the call routed to one of the three extensions. I know this is easy but one thing or another blocks me so I'm reaching out for help.

So, create a prompt via Auto-Receptionist -> Prompt Library -> Import/Record Prompt. Make your prompt announcement so that what the caller hears matches the key press (Thanks for calling ABC Company. For A, press one. For B, press two. etc).

Go to IVR Menus -> New Menu -> Create a name/extension -> Prompt (select the prompt you recorded) -> Key presses (match the key presses to the extensions you want them to route to).
