Pressing Zero - Internally

Does RC have any intention to allow users the ability to press zero internally and the call ring a pre determined / selected internal extension?

This question has been asked for several years but has never been put on a timeline.

Agree 100% - it would make the IVR recordings shorter (saving space) - clients happier, IT admins happier... face it, the whole world would be better with this option.

Of course, 'they' will tell us to go open another Idea and vote for it...
