Ring Group Calls - Mobile User

I've had a couple of Ring Groups setup for years that ring five desk phones. One staff member has been working from home so adjusted the settings to ring her desktop/mobile app. The calls are coming through but in looking at the billing all inbound calls to these Ring Groups are now showing up in the Mobile Users History. Why would a valid licensed user extension be considered as forwarding to an external number?
