Error logging a call in Salesforce

Hi @Maddie McPhillips, have you tried logging in and out?
@Mary-Community_Moderator I had the user try this, and the call logs began successfully working again (sporadically, with some errors), but then the error returned about an hour later. Any other suggestions?

Here is some troubleshooting that you can try.
- Ensure proper configuration: the latest is the latest in "softphone layouts" and "cloud phone settings" and within the CTI-version 6.24.
- Ensure that your WiFi connection is stable. To check your speed, go to https://www.ringcentral.com/support/qos.html.
