Unable to open call recordings on my computer

I am unable to open my call recordings to my computer. I am able to download it from the a admin portal. But, After downloading I am getting an error that it could not be opened

What is the error you are getting? Please specify the error details

As per the ref, the file should be in .mp3 format:
