Why am I no longer able to hear that voice prompt when I pick up the call using the mobile app?

Customers call us and give their name at the prompt. Why am I no longer able to hear that voice prompt when I pick up the call using the mobile app? And why isn't their name prompt recorded on Call Recording with the rest of the call?


I used to hear the name prompt before accepting the call. I don't anymore...

Hey Andrew, not sure what's going on :/ I would contact our Support Team - they can look into your settings and troubleshoot the issue
