Hello All,

I am trying to create a C# web application using RC API's for C#.

In my page_load method I try to log into RC using their tutorial for C# api, but I cannot get logged in.

I get error Request to https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/oauth/token failed with status code 400 (Bad Request).

I can log into developer.reingcentral.com just fine, but through my web app it will not log in.

I eventually want to log in, and get a list/count of all calls made by all users, so I can report on how many calls each user has made, and put that into a gridview.

Can anyone help and or provide sample code on how to properly setup my Sandbox with the proper platform type, and steps on how I should set up my web app.

Thanks,

KS.

Why do I have a Jeff Danish Avatar image here when I didn't do that. I looked up Muhammad taha and he is the ex boyfriend of some girl I dated. My ring central app says ongoing calls connected to 29 devices. If this is the Ahmed I think I am in the professio n to accuse anyomebut this name has been all over my devices for about 4 years. Ahmed has been breaching into at least 25 of my devices over 4 years. He makes false accusations and looks like he is trying to cancel me out and destroy all i have achieved ands worked so hard to et my whole life, He its all over the place the past as well saying the worst things about me that is the farthest thing from the truth. I am a stand upon guy role model and former professional athlete in the NFL. he did this on twitter as well and google legal help poage named him one of the main people thats been victimized my reputation throughout the entire social media., He is an engineer and knows how to bypass systems. I have had enough and I am logged in with my name and password now under my only private account and it shows all who have asked questions that are way to mtechical and very shady. Please investigate and get him out of my system who ever it. TY

I am signed in private with strong password and it shows all the people who don't work for my firm asking very high tech shady questions in my signed in account and it should only be me. All the names are listed there and I can't hang up my calls and they disturb me during my sales demo

400 (Bad Request means you are not able to provide correct request to the oauth API.

Did you checked by calling the API directly?

Can you prove the code snippet snippet to get the root cause detected?

Please use this SDK to access platform API: https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-csharp-client

There is sample code in README file. If you have problem doing authorization, please post your code here.
