excel sheet to CSV (Comma-separated values) file with UTF-8 encoding

I have data I need to load onto the system but cannot save it as CSV (Comma-separated values) file with UTF-8 encoding. can anybody advise of how to convert my excel sheet into this

because that option isnt there

Why don't you just open the file with Excel, then choose "Save As" and select the "File Format" type as "Comma Separated Value (.csv)?
