populate "to" "Location" and "Name" for all messages

For both SMS and Fax outgoing message types, the CallerID info is missing. Can we get the "to" "Location" and "to" "Name" elements populated properly? We know that RC has this info because we see it in the call logs - it should be accurately returned in the "to" array elements of outgoing messages. Currently we have to perform an API call on the messages-list and also the call-log and then cross reference them to access this information.

Thanks for the feedback! Absolutely right. I will check with the dev team to make sure these info will be available to avoid cross referencing with the call-log data.
