i have gating this error when make a call.

hello

I am using js api, using your demo url https://ringcentral-web-phone.herokuapp.com/demo/ .
I have login successfully but. make a call gating error.
Do you want api credentials?

In order to help you better, you need to provide more background information about your app

How did you make that call?
What programming language and some code snippets?
Can you print out the whole response?
