How to obtain forwarding number list for making RingOut calls through API?

How do I obtain from the API the forwarding number list from the API?

According to the documentation these are the acceptable "from" number for the first leg of a RingOut call.

The RingOut Service makes these numbers available.

In order to do it you can call

GET /restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/forwarded-number
