I'm trying to set up a Holiday template for Call Queues but there is no Custom rules section like there is in the regular call queues settings. I can make a Call Handling template the way I would like where I can set the days and the announcement I want but I want to do the same for Call Queues without having to go to each call queue and setting the holidays.

I believe it's not possible as of now. You need a call handling template for custom rules, but these can only be applied to user ext. currently. How many call queues do you need to set custom rules for?
