Unable to create a recording in sandbox account

Hi,

I have made a clone of an already graduated app used for retrieving call recordings to use JWT authorisation rather then the current username/password method.


The problem I have is I'm unable to create a recording in the sandbox which I need to graduate the app.


I can't make an outbound call as it keeps saying destination blocked and when I make an inbound call, the on demand recording button is deactivated.


Please help.

I don't know the reason why you cannot make an outbound call. But you should be able to make calls between your sandbox users.

Check this out. And when you make a test call, just answer and click the "Record" button to record the call.
