I currently forward all my calls to my cell phone number. when I dont answer a call it goes to my cell phone voicemail. How can I make it go back to my RingCentral voicemail when I deny a call and or when I dont answer a call? Please explain the process of how to set this up. Thank you So much!

Hi, First is to check how many times your personal cellphone rings before it goes to voicemail. For example, if it rings four times, you should change the number of rings on the Call Forwarding to 3 rings. The number of rings on the settings should be lower than the actual number of rings on your personal number before it goes to voicemail. That way, your voicemail will be sent to your RingCentral service rather than your personal number.
