IVR Send Text When Prompted

Can RC Developers create a setting where the Auto Attendant IVR can send a text to the caller when prompted?

Not sure if this belongs here. Thanks!

I believe the Textel app can do this:

I don't think that this is supported, not from settings, nor from APIs.
