Can't apply for production

Hi, I have been trying to apply our app for production but it keeps showing error message:

The app client id is w3k92V2NTmaQ3fx5Y7qcvg

Please resolve asap as we don't want to spend more time meeting the conditions required after the 48 hours lapses.

I have tried contacting support through the other portal but I was not abler to log in.

Is your app supposed to be a "Public" app? Did you retry to submit?

Not sure what the difference is and not sure how to change it

Public: Any RingCentral customers can use your app.

Private: Only users under your RingCentral account can use the app.

This will help me to help you to graduate your app. You don't need to change (and you cannot change after app creation). But I can help changing it for you.

I finally managed to submit it for review. It was't happy with the SVG format of the logo.
