Flex Office with phone (Polycom)

I would like to have a Flex office and have a phone (Polycom) in the office where users can login and access their phone profile. How can I do that? And if I drop power to the phone will that log the user out?

Perfect thank you, the VVX300's were not working for hotswapping, but the VVX500s work just fine for that.
