is it possible to get call records by text

this is for developers - we need to get caller backup MP3 & text file, if that feather able to include it would be great support for us when it get backup we can see the call recoding by text as well . kindly update is it possible to do so ?

No, currently RingCentral does not transcribe call recordings. You can implement your own app to access your company call recordings and use 3rd party speech to text (such as IBM Watson, Google Cloud, AWS etc.) to transcribe the recordings and keep them in your own database.
