Faxes sent, and confirmation received, the receiver states they did not receive anything

I have received 2 faxes this morning saying that they didn’t receive my requests. I have calls in to each person and a supervisor at the company we sent the faxes too.

Aside from today, we’ve had 4 other faxes that were not received by other companies. However, we do get a transmission result stating fax was sent.

Did you send from the RC app or from your own app? If from your own app, can you read the fax message status from the message store?
