New Version Lacks the ability to comment on a task?

The new version of ring central lacks the ability to comment on a task. This is essential for our team and how we function. I had a new employee today try to download the ring central classic app and was automatically diverted to download the new version with a message stating ring central classic is no longer available. Why is this not a feature in the new version??

Hello, @Mary-Community_Moderator we are now in Q2....what is the ETA for this basic feature to return to Glip? Last year, your moderators kept saying Q3 2020. The new Glip is pretty useless without the ability to comment on tasks and thread your comments. Also, the task grouping in the right pane is much needed, as well.

@Christopher Ortiz Hey, we understand this is core functionality for some teams. There is not a set date for the feature release, but we'll be sure to update this thread and our Ideas Portal when it becomes available.

Hi Christopher, I'm happy to announce that 'Tasks Reply" feature will be live this April 14. Let us know about your feedback on how it works.

Hi @LesLee, the capability to comment on tasks will be available this coming Q2.
