We have waithing for the last week our approval that would suppose to be next business day. We are client of ring from a long time now and have over 60 users. We have reach you by chat, phone and email. Still waithing. Could you please help us.

I just check and see your app is in production now (approved today). Check your email or login to get the app production client id and client secret.

Also I see you have a cloned app ([CLONE] Sending task to our staff) which is in review but it has a different client id from what you provided above. Are you talking about this app? And what was changed that you cloned the app and submit for production right after the first app was approved?

This is some common issues faced. Whenever this type of situation occur regarding approval for production, the better way to solve is to mail devsupport@ringcentral.com with your application I'd. The backend team will take care the remaining.
