You can check the following and you need licence:

Webinar - Schedule a Webinar with Registration
Webinar - Schedule a Webinar without Registration

You can add up to 500 panelists if the Large Meetings add-on is enabled

It can Host up to 10,000 attendees with as many as 500 presenters in a live webinar session.:
