Call Recording on sandbox

I can't create a call record on the sandbox number.
I tried the following method:
1) Using the Ring Central app I called another number and specified another number that is not associated with the sandbox account as a custom number
2) Received a call on phones
3) The recorc button did not appear

It should work on sandbox. Can you take a screenshot of your phone when the call is active? Also try to dial *9 while on the call.
