Has anyone connected the API to Engage Voice?

We use the API to connect with our customers' RingCentral accounts to pull the Call Log Data. For some reason, I can't connect to this instance of RingCentral Engage Voice. The URL they use to manage this isn't RingCentral, but it's branded as RingCentral. Has anyone seen something like this before?

Here's the URL: https://portal.virtualacd.biz/manage/#/login

When I have them try to authorize our application via oauth, it just says the credentials are incorrect.

Anyone have any insight here? Thanks!

@Jeremy Johnston Engage Voice APIs aren't formally supported as part of the RingCentral Developers program yet but we are working on it. Please contact me at john.wang@ringcentral.com so we can discuss your needs more.

As per your case, I believe if you submit a support ticket to contact the developer support team, they might be able to help you

Hi,

Sorry for the unrelated question but does anyone know how much time it takes to get an answer from the developer support team?

I posted a message here 5 days ago (in the wrong forum though I think) to which I never received any answer and I was told to contact them.

I did Monday and I am still waiting for an answer...

Have a nice day,

Nick
