API msSQL Call from IVR

I was told that it should be possible to setup an IVR that can hit msSQL for a response.

Having difficulty finding where in the API this can be achieved (Both for the msSQL aspect and the automation/IVR aspect).

Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure who told you about that, but I am not aware of such a feature.

Can you leverage your use case so I may come up with a solution for you?

Our main goal is that someone calls up with a Store ID and a PO Number (numeric), and then we return the date that it will ship.

In this case, it is not possible with the current IVR prompts. However, we are going to launch a new API which can be used for building dynamic IVR menus and that will help in your use case. Please click here to signup for early access to the sandbox environment and start to build your app.
