How long does it take to "graduate" a sandbox app to production? Can we have a sandbox that does not point to production following that?

We have read that we will need to have our sandox account "graduated" to production, and that it might take a few days for RingCentral to fulfill this request once we've requested it. Could you please let us now the typical turnaround for graduating an account once requested by a developer?

Also, we will need to continue to have an environment pointing to a staging/sandbox after we push to production. I was told that after we are graduated, we will get this capability to have different apps pointing to different environments. Can you please confirm if this is the case and how it will be done?

Once the owner of an application has actually "Applied for Production" from within the Developer Portal, we review and approve/decline requests the following business-day morning. Business days follow the US Calendar of holidays.

Example: If you apply for production on Monday, that request will be reviewed and either approved/declined production access on Tuesday morning.
Example: If you apply for production on Friday, that request will be reviewed and either approved/declined production access on the following Monday morning.

As far as continuing development of your applications and releasing subsequent production versions, I recommend reading these developer community articles:
