unable to login service.devtest.ringcentral.com sandbox account

Hi there,


My engineer need developer my website, and I need add the RingCentral API to my website, and token, so I was get account with ringcentral sandbox, and i didn't activate the link form the email, so the account till now not able to login, and there has security question to reset password, I think I didn't setup this question, so how to get my sandbox ringcentral password?

Please create a developer support case to get the password reset.

You can do this by sending an email to the developer support team or submit a support ticket and tell them you need the password reset for your sandbox account so you can access the developer portal.

Yes, I actually already sent email last night, there is no answer till now, because I am really rush. i need api and token as soon as possible, my engineer still waiting that. Sp someone who else can help me for this, thanks very much!

Hi, thanks for you quick respond, and i just fill out my username, password, app key, app secret, then try it out, there is still not working. Also what is grant-type? i am not sure what should i do.
