Two IVR menus - one for business hours and one for non-business hours?

We'd like to set up two IVR menus - one for business hours and one for after hours. We'd like to switch to the after hours menu during lunch or when we're all out on appointments. Is there a way to automate changing IVR menus from business to non-business and then another way to "flip" to the non-business hour menu when we're all out?
