does RingCentral Business offer full set of PBX features?

We're shopping for a new phone system for our business - currently using Mitel PBX. Does RingCentral offer similar set of features for the office environment, like calls ringing on multiple extensions at the same time, conferencing, extension transfers...also call recording, disclaimers based on extension ect?

Yes. There are differences though. Not sure I understand what 'extension ect' means.
