is it possible to know if this is truly an issue on your side?
and would it be possible to get a status.ringcentral.com type page that would let people know if the API was up or not?
then we are seeing this in our logs. RestClient::InternalServerError (500 Internal Server Error): our last code change was last week and these types of calls run several times per minute for many lines. we are not seeing a constancy with the lines so were wondering if it was on your end that maybe one of the end points was having an issue.
