Potential charges for using Pubnub library?

Hi, I am working on adding RingOut functionality to a CRM system. In downloading the C# client I see there is a dependency called Pubnub, and looking on their website, it seems like they charge over a certain usage level, measured in "transactions". Can you tell me if this could apply to RingOut calls? If so how many "transactions" is a single Ringout call?

Dave, this charge is applied to RingCentral, not to you. You do not need a PubNub account to use their library to receive RingCentral notifications.
