Why is fax out taking so long?

I am trying to fax POA's to the IRS to discuss client accounts from the website. It is taking over 20 minutes to send. Agents cannot stay on the line that long so i end up having to hang up before the fax gets there. This is unacceptable.

This issue is common in the case of fax. Maybe some network delay. The best option is to contact the developer support team through a help ticket and ask them to investigate.
