Webhook renewal and subscription returns "Login to extension required"

Hi Everyone,

We had a script in PHP that is running since April to renew a subscription for a webhook.

However, it started to throw an error Yesterday "Login to extension required", no changes in the code were made.

That's not a problem with login in the script because if I change the API call from subscription to

call-log for example it work just fine.

Any thoughts?

Hi Jeff,

If your code has been working for a long time, it could be a temporary problem. Please check it again to see if the problem still persists and let me know. Meanwhile, I will try to test it. But I might not be able to detect the problem it it was a temporary issue.

Hi Phong,

I can reproduce the issue when I try to add a Glip bot in prod env.
