Hi, Rakesh For free developer account, it doesn't have permission to log into RingCentral Embeddable. You can use sandbox account to login. This show how to change environment to sandbox and use sandbox account.  https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-embeddable/issues/97

Developer sandbox tools

Using the RingCentral Phone for Desktop, you can dial or receive test calls, send and receive test SMS or Fax messages in your sandbox environment.
