Hi Sugantha,

If you're still looking to integrate RingCentral with NetSuite, I would like to recommend a 3rd party CTI solution called Tenfold.

It has click-to-dial and screen pop as some of its features along with automatic call logging and recording of both inbound and outbound calls.

For more details on the integration, you can take a look at this link:  https://www.tenfold.com/integrations/netsuite/ringcentral

Hi, we noticed our NetSuite and RingCentral API stopped working (one touch dialing and such). We are a NetSuite development firm, so we decided to release our own integration to the public. You can get it here:  https://www.proteloinc.com/netsuite-ringcentral-integration/
