Trying to connect a Yealink T33.

I have a dial tone but when I dial out i get the message "Invite request no response". I think the phone needs configuring but the default password doesn't work so I can't complete the setup.

the combos I've seen in the past:
admin / admin
admin / 123456
admin / 12345678
I know once RC provisions a Polycom they change the admin from 456 to 789 - if the above don't work, I would give their tech chat/open a ticket to get that info.
