Weird pop-ups during meetings

I just switched to a new MAC, and the weirdest pop-ups just start showing up in my meetings without me pressing anything. Thumbs-up, balloons, etc. I have special effects turned off and never pressed a reaction. What is this, and how can I make it stop? I use Ring Central for meetings all the time, and this is really strange.

@Vinita Jha Where are these pop-ups happening? The whole screen? Individual participant windows?
