No SMS-enabled phone number on Sandbox

In my sandbox, the number "+19169520185" or "+16292357653" does not have "SmsSender" in its features. How can I enable SMS? I am getting the error "None of this user's phone number(s) has the SMS capability" while running the code.

Unfortunately, I can no longer help solving this problem.
