Can not send SMS recently with sandbox account

I can't send and receive any message recently with API and RingCentral Phone

You can see here the "Send" button is disabled.

With API

My sandbox phone number : +19293670913

There are new requirements in sandbox SMS number TCR and campaign id registration.

Please submit a dev support ticket and the support team will help you with.
