Invite to a conference by SIP URL

Is there an API to invite by SIP url to a conference call? I'm looking at the page: https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/voice/conference#request and trying to figure out if invite by SIP url is supported.

I don't think there is much flexibility. The way to make conference invite working is written down in these two articles:
