Control + V pasting no longer works.

Like the title says, Control + V pasting no longer works. I can paste without formatting, but that defeats the purpose as I need it formatted. In the previous version, RingCentral would allow control v to paste as is and I'd have to do very little formatting to my bulleted list.

Now, when hit control v it does nothing. However, when I paste without formatting, it pastes the bulleted list, but without any formatting, which is a total mess and defeats the purpose entirely because I have to basically type it from scratch.

Please put it back the way it was.

Ctrl+V and Ctrl+Shift+V work normally on my end. I doubt RC would go out of their way to change such a basic function.

Instead of Ctrl+V try to Right click + Paste to see if that is working?
In terms of troubleshooting it, you can

test the RC app on a different device
reinstall the app
test the web version of the app
try the right Ctrl key +V on your keyboard

It's true - we wouldn't want to change this sort of work flow.
