Turning off notification for team member added or team name change

How do we turn off the notification if a team member was added or team name changed? We have had an issue where someone deleted the team alert and another member still has the notification.

Is there a way to turn off notifications when the team name changes or adds a member? There isn't a notification when a team member is removed or deleted.

We get this notifiction and then when you click in the channel it says the channel name was changed or that "Molly Okerlund added Joe Unknown to the channel"

Can you clarify your question, how do you get the notification? Do you mean the items added to a team when such events happens?
