How do we block CALLER ID for OUTGOING calls?

We occasionally need to block caller ID for outgoing calls. How do we do that?

on the app you have a drop down menu My caller ID: where you can change it to Blocked.
if you are using a deskphone you would have to change the outbound caller ID from the admin portal and reboot the phone (phone should reboot automatically).
