Set up VOIP desktop phone

So I didn't buy my phone through RingCentral but its compatible. its the Polycom VVX 410. its connected to the internet but its not working at all. What are the next steps? I was on the phone with someone from spectrum for an hour and half yesterday following everything she was saying but we had no luck. Please help. Need this phone up and running ASAP for our office.

follow this guide. You only need to do what is described within
Provisioning your Poly deskphone
and
Assisted provisioning for Poly IP deskphones

In other words you need to
1. add the device model and the MAC address in the admin portal (Phone System > Phones & Devices > User Phones > select the user > Change phone)
2. do assisted provisioning
