Call recording from cradle to grave

How do we get a full recording of a call that includes transfers either in a queue or out of a queue? I have recording turned on for the queue and I have incoming and outgoing call recording setup for the users in the queue. However, it appears that when they do a transfer, the call recording ends. Is there a way to get the entire recording so we can track the entire customer experience?
