Resource not found for messages

Hello,

I am trying to retrieve all messages for a specific date range company wide. But when i pass the below i get resource not found. Please advise what am i missing.

@Phong Vu - i did read that guide. My question is more specific. If i use the below url, i get the data but it is limited to my extension. I want to view the messages at the account level (company wide).

This works:

https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/message-store

This does not work.

https://platform.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/~/message-store

i thought the extension was not mandatory and can be removed if looking at account level. Because this works on the Call log url.

You should get familiar with the APIs by browsing the API reference or the Dev guide documents for guidance. Also pay attention to parameters type and format.
