Call Routing out of Call Queue to Office Directory

Is it possible for a call to be directed (somehow) to our firm's directory after no one in a call queue answers? The Call queue is set to simultaneous.

Our current setup has callers being directed to a Call Queue where during working hours, calls are routed simultaneously to four employees. If no one answers, it goes to a voicemail box. Rather than going to voicemail, I would like it to be directed to a IVR Menu or to a company directly. We are on the standard plan and open to suggestions.

Our main goal is to give a team of individuals the chance to answer the phone and then be directed to our company directory if no one answers.
