Dial out of a call queue

Can we play a hold message to a caller in queue, and allow the caller to dial a digit to transfer out of the queue ?

Hi! this feature is not available. Once you're in the queue, you can no longer dial another extension. You may add a feature request in our Ideas Portal at https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/.
