I can't use SMS texting and I don't have an EIN, do I still need to register?

My industry regulations do not allow for unmonitored messaging of any kind so I do not use SMS texting with any person or company that may become a client for any business communication. Do I still need to register with TCR?

If so, what do I do if I don't have an EIN and don't need to get one?

Solo Practioner, Financial Advisor, Registered Representative (Stock Broker).

Jay, if you don't use SMS, you don't need to worry about it.
However, if you do end up using SMS in the future, you will need to register and that does require an EIN number. Hope this helps, but if you have further questions, please share them here.
